Overview:
Business Analyst will work closely with the business and technical teams and will be a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, writing the business and functional requirements . This person understands business and ensures that there is integration between business and technology. Business Analyst will have strong skills in Business Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering

Job Requirements:

1. Work closely with clients and the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
2. Define business requirements for new processes, queries, reports, and enhancements and analyze results.
3. Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
4. Gather user feedback and evaluate product success
5. Identifying issues and risks
6. Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation
7. Assist with the creation, maintenance and optimization of MS SQL database structures and content
8. Documentation of process and work flows
9. Define and document technical requirements

Required Experience and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or IT
2. Must have experience in working as a Functional, Data or Business Analyst
3. Strong Experience in Visio.
4. Experience in Access, Excel(Advanced), and MS Project
5. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
6. Adaptable to change and ambiguity in the work environment
7. Should be able to define and document business requirements with integral quality controls.

1. An understanding of web development practices and development life cycles
2. A passion for detail and an eye for aesthetics
3. Comfort in managing multiple, high-priority projects.
4. Excellent Technical Writing Skills: Communicate consumable information effectively within the organization and to our customers, understanding the different user roles and what the audience needs from the communication, translate highly complex technical functions into a format non-technical users can understand.
